A master plan consisting of 900 single homes and 750 condominiums, this is the third generation of our award-winning Sabanera brand. The 850-acre property includes a system of lakes and wetlands totaling over 80 acres, over 300 different plant species and over 12,000 new palm trees. The creation of these diverse ecosystems and landscaping has resulted in 27 new bird species making Sabanera their new home today.
