“Habitats and Stewardship by Design”
Our master planning skills are founded in years of shaping the land and building habitats for people and nature to coexist. With an integrated design, development and construction process, we are committed from beginning to end to respect a property’s history, and enhance its natural qualities. It is not by coincidence that after development, our communities are more diverse than their original farmlands. Recognizing the natural characteristics of every land we develop, our master plans result in a balanced development of 50% green, and 50% built environment. During the construction process, our in-house biologist leads the ecological development division. In Sabanera Dorado, for example, we have found twenty-five new species of birds after development. This is a testament of increasing biodiversity after construction and stewardship by design.
